Part of the Camira Group since 2007, the name change, which is part of a global brand building initiative, is designed to refl ect the company's wider ranging product capabilities. MCI DELIVERS 25 J4500S TO HAWAII Roberts Hawaii took delivery of 25 new MCI J4500 coaches. Its subsidiary, Chicago Classic Coach, received fi ve of the new models. Roberts Hawaii's newest J4500 coaches feature a redesign, which includes stylish LED headlights and a heightened presence for more curb appeal on the outside, while on the inside, passengers still enjoy the easy-to-board spiral entryway and tiered theater seating for exceptional views from every seat. New York City Transit to add 276 New Flyers The New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority's (MTA) New York City Transit Authority (NYCT) awarded New Flyer a fi rm contract for 276 heavy-duty 40-foot Xcelsior clean diesel-powered buses valued at $138 million. Over the last three years, New Flyer has delivered 668 transit buses or 758 equivalent units to the MTA with both clean-diesel and natural gas propulsions systems in 40- and 60-foot confi gurations. Production of the buses is expected to begin in the third quarter of 2014 with the delivery of four pilot buses. Production of all buses is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2015.
