Forest River has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program
in accordance with the Department of Transportation's 49CFR26 for each of its
four Transit Vehicle Manufacturers (Elkhart Coach, Glaval Bus, Starcraft Bus,
and Startrans Bus). Divisional goals were determined using various resources to
identify DBE availability, including state DBE directories, US Census county business
patterns, and NAICS codes used in the manufacture of shuttle buses.
