LYTX TO EQUIP CLEVELAND FLEET Lytx Inc., formerly DriveCam Inc., signed an agreement with Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority to outft its feet of more than 400 buses with the DriveCam powered by Lytx video-based driver safety program to prevent incidents, reduce injuries and save lives. ABC DELIVERS 3 VAN HOOLS TO TENN. Wise Coaches, of Nashville, Tenn., recently took delivery of three 2014 Van Hool TX's, powered by Detroit Diesel DD13 engines coupled to Allison B500 Transmissions, from ABC Companies. The distinctive red and black coaches are equipped with an REI Elite entertainment system, including fve 22-inch LCD monitors mounted in Van Hool's exclusive contoured parcel racks. TRAPEZE FORMS NEW UNIT Trapeze Group announced the creation of a new business unit called TripSpark Technologies that is solely dedicated to providing hardware and software solutions to mid-sized public transport agencies, as well as all private operators. The focus for TripSpark Technologies is to partner with mid-sized agencies as well as private operators to align solutions with their unique business needs. BRIDGESTONE, PETER PAN CELEBRATE 75-YEAR PARTNERSHIP Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations and Springfeld, Mass.-based Peter Pan Bus Lines celebrated the 75th anniversary of their leasing partnership. Under the initial contract between Harvey Firestone and Peter Picknelly, Firestone agreed to supply tires to equip three, 10-passenger Chevrolet and fve, 19-passenger Beck buses on a cost-per-mile basis.
